Phillip Simms the top high school Quarterback accoriding to ESPN'S top 150 list verbally committed to sign with Alabama in February. Simms plays QB for Oscar Smith high school in Chesapeake Virginia. Simms showcased his skills in a nationally televised broadcast on ESPN U last night in his teams season opener against Venice H.S.- A team some believe is one of the top teams in the state of Florida in their classification. Simms threw for over 300 yds and 3 TD'S to lead his team to the 27-13 victory.
